Host was had good communication. Might I suggest that you add an additional place to sit. Love seat or regular couch. We got dinner and had to sit in the futon that was not very comfortable at all. The lamp behind the futon is broken and almost fell over when I turned it on. I'd also suggest a space heater for the bedroom during the cold months. There's a significant difference in temperature between the main room and the bedroom. Had to crank up the heat and use the fan to direct the air into the room. I'm sure it's very hot in the summer as well. Probably won't stay there again.

Check in went smooth, the owner even let us check in a hour early. The apartment is really cute the futon which was the only seating in the living room was very low to the floor and had worn out padding in the seat you could feel the frame of the metal futon. Maybe the cleaning service forgot to clean the bathroom the floors weren’t clean. The location was great, the town is super cute. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Spot!

The Shepherd Inn is very quaint! Very nice spot to be if your visit takes you to Mt Pleasant. Great restaurant across the street.Worked very well for our quick trip!!

The place was nice but not as clean as I would have liked. A lot of hair in the bathroom and on the bedding. We did have to call 911 at 2am. People staying in another unit were banging on the outside door for 30 mins cause they were drunk and not able to figure out how to get in. The police arrived quickly and took care of the situation.

Shepard Mi /Stayed for concert at Soaring Eagle

Close to Soaring Eagle Casino. Owner was very prompt and considerate. Check in very smooth. Area very quite.

Cute historical upper unit

Host and place is great! Well stocked and clean with many thoughtful details like K coffee machine in hallway with tea and coffee cups, all your bathroom needs, water bottles and hangers etc. great place to stay for concerts and events at Soaring Eagle.
