This updated third-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a queen bed, one twin bed lofted above, a twin pull out sofa chair, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy the convenience of a private balcony offering outdoor seating overlooking the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub area, with stunning slope views beyond. Inside, discover an updated kitchen adorned with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood flooring. This vacation rental is centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. The complex is also right next to Dercum Square which features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Relax in the living area, featuring a beautiful gas fireplace with stone surround, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Extra linens are conveniently stored in a nearby closet. Step onto the private balcony where you can enjoy outdoor seating and breathtaking slope views to the south, complemented by turf-covered decking for a unique and more comfortable outdoor experience.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. Gather around the beautiful restaurant-style dining table, comfortably seating four, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

The bedroom features a queen-sized bed beneath two lofted bunk-style twin beds with our Ultra Premium Linens package, a flat-screen TV, and a closet for storage. The full bathroom is just outside and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. The bathroom comes stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Terrible Propery Managers/uncomfortable furnishings

All of the living room furniture was worn out—could feel wood frame when seated on it. Couch cushions had no cushion left. Dining room table was super wobbly. The bed was less than ideal. The view from the balcony was great.

Perfect weather, great assist from NorSki bike shop, perfect sitting by the pool (and on our balcony), another great bike day Keystone to Frisco and lunch at Buttermilk cafe, dined at favorites Dam Brewery and Snake river Saloon. Bummer, ice maker did not work and no ice machine available at Dakota Lodge. See you next year!

Nice clean condo. Updated and fresh looking. Overlooks the pool and hot tubs. Everything you need is there. The bed was a little weird to get in and out of but after a couple nights you don’t notice it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place for our family to stay. For our family of three, it was a great space. The view of the mountains was amazing. Great food choices at the resort. Breck, Dillon, and Silverthorne are very close and easy to drive or bike. I suggest an e-bike rental and tour.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
