WELCOME to our charming 4-bedroom, 5-bed woodland retreat! Nestled amidst towering pines, our cabin is located in a quiet area and offers a serene escape just minutes from a pristine golf course and Bearizona Wildlife Park. We are located only 6 miles away from the downtown and famous excursions. We offer 4 parking spots, so bring your friends and family.

Guests will access the home using their custom door code, which will be provided 24 hours before check-in via email from the "August app".

For your your safety and protection we have an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. There are NO cameras inside the home.

QUIET HOURS:

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood area and we ask you to respect the serenity of this place. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 9:00 am.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF?

We will try our best to accommodate an early check-in. Please arrange for early check-in in advance by messaging us (a $50 early check-in fee may apply).

LATE CHECK OUT?

We will try our best to accommodate late check-outs (a $50 late check-out fee), however you must do this well in advance.

Entry way dirty lots of cobwebs, bird poop and debris. Duvet in master bedroom covered in cat hair. Daughter who went with us allergic to cats. Smoke detector in master bedroom disabled, no battery. Sofa in living room broken. Hole in front door. This could be a lovely property with some work.

Williams Stay

We enjoyed our time in Williams, especially with a snow day in April! Unfortunately, we have a few suggestions for the property. Cleanliness needs to be a priority (the floors were filthy upon arrival, high chair was not wiped down and every dish used needed to be washed prior to use). The bunk bed in the guest room is not safe, as the fan cannot be used while a child is sleeping on the top bunk. Side tables and lamps would be a good addition to guest rooms, as there is no where to put anything. A rug would also be nice to have in the living room for a child and baby to sit on the floor. Upon arrival, the window shade next to the back door was broken and also the arm of the couch. The house was laid out nicely, especially with having a small child with that needed a quiet place to sleep. Backyard is also a great size!

Terrible Host and Experience

We had nothing but a horrible experience with the host. Started Friday and continued the entire stay. The host Zach Neff never helped and never got back to us after the issue got worse Saturday. We had another issue with the host Saturday and the heater never got fixed. We had to spend another 350 plus for portable heaters and heated blankets to keep from freezing again Saturday night. We need a refund for the rest of the rental balance which is 370 and we need to get reimbursed 357.88 for the heaters and blankets we had to purchase to keep from freezing another night. The host was horrible and so was our stay. The listing stated it had ac and heating, it did not so since the listing was inaccurate we need a refund for the balance and reimbursed for our expenses.our expenses.

The property was clean, beds comfortable, washer and dryer was a bonus. The house it self didn't have a very warm inviting feeling. The house wasnt well furnished, it stated hairdryer and there wasnt one in the house. There was a big hole cut out in the side of the bathtun drywall, iI was not. Informed the tub was not in working order. The extra bedding for the couch was hard to locate because all the closets were such a mess. The smoke detector battery needed to be replaced,, There was.no communication book about welcome , internet network or password. It stated 3 bathrooms and there was 2. No soap for showers or body soap. Only a few handtowels, and washcloths. Ice maker not working. The tv worked until the last night. It was just a basic place and over priced for the amenities.
