We welcome you to the timeless luxury being offered in our one-bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom oasis in the heart of the Art Museum area just 0.9 mi away from the rocky steps. Immerse yourself in luxury with high-end furnishings and contemporary design. Ideal for both business and leisure traveler's, our property offers a prime location, ensuring you're steps away from cultural attractions and vibrant city life. The space
You will have access to one bedroom, modern bathroom and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities including a coffee machine.
Guest access
You will have to enter from melon street and come up to the first floor. You will have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment is located in the Art museum area. 0.9 mi tree lined walk to the rocky steps. walking distance to the Philadelphia museum of art, Kelly drive, Barnes and Rodin museum. Also a 15 min drive to the old city and Rittenhouse square.

The toilet seat was never fixed, and it was very frustrating to have a toilet seat that not only slides around, but is about 3 inches too short for the actual toilet.

Thank you for choosing to stay in our condo. We apologize for any inconvenience that might have been caused in reference to the toilet seat. This is the original seat that came with the toilet and simply had to tighten, we have not had any issues in the past. Twice that the tech came to fix the seat you were not at the unit so they were unable to access it. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. We do strive to make it a comfortable stay for all our guests and this is not the experience that we wanted to have for you. Have a wonderful day and thank you for choosing to stay with us.
