Only 15-30 minutes from Tallulah Gorge, Helen, Lake Russel, Lake Burton, Mt. Yonah, Clayton, Sautee Nacoochee and Panther Creek. Hiking, fishing, shops, local wineries and more all within a short distance. Plenty of room for a large family or group in this 3 bedroom 2 bath home.

Great rental

We really enjoy staying at this location. it was very clean and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The host was excellent. We have found the place to stay when we travel to Clarksville.

Comfy and Relaxing

We stayed one night in the home and found it to be so comfy and relaxing, and well stocked. We had everything we needed and Laura was very responsive and even allowed us a late check-out. The proximity to town and restaurants waa excellent!

A fantastic stay

I absolutely love this property, very close to everything you could want to do, 20 ish minutes from Helen, and Toccoa Falls. Clean and open space house, very comfortable back porch with a hammock. Owner was very responsive, and clear on check in and check out. I will absolutely stay here again!

Every thing about the property was clean and well organized. Lovely area and convenient to shopping. We wanted to use the fire pit, but we ran out of time.

Wonderful cozy quiet retreat

A wonderful place that was open, airy, clean, quiet and welcoming. I can’t say enough about how much the whole family enjoyed this peaceful place. It was absolutely awesome to come back to such a comfortable place from wedding festivities. This place has everything you need and then some. Very well equipped with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and more. Thank you for such a fabulous place!!

Just Right

We had a group of teen athletes and parents staying the house for a weekend. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds and living room spaces were comfortable for gathering in the vening.

Rocky Branch Relaxation

The property is very nicely appointed. Everything we needed and wanted was onsite. Rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped and coffee pods for the Keurig were a bonus. Communication and check-in/check-out wereseemless.

Perfect Place

This is the cutest place with all the amenities! We have a family of 6 and there was space for all of us. We loved the layout of the house & also loved that it had the little things like plenty of dishes, games for the kids, flashlights, etc. It was also super close to things like Ingles & McDonald’s but felt secluded since it is surrounded by trees. We will definitely be back!
