Great place to stay but rough start

Let's start with the positives (mostly):- very clean (except for the one dead cockroach in the kitchen)- soft towels- well equipped kitchen- comfortable bedrooms but the living isn't a comfortable place to hang- nice yard and hard surface floors for the dogs- central location to many tourist places like Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Medieval Times- large closets except each closet had large padlocked bins which prevented dresses from being hung wellThe check-in time was 2pm as posted the day before our arrival. When we were on the road the next day, the check-in time changed to 4pm. As 4pm came around, Austin (the host) called me to inform me that check-in would not be 4pm and that it would take a few more hours but he couldn't not give me a definite time. I understood that the cleaning situation was out of his control. We were 4 people with 2 dogs in a car. We really needed to know when we could arrive and recover from our roadtrip. We were finally told 8pm!!! Austin said that he would figure out a way to comp us for the delayed check-in. It's been almost a week and I have not heard of any comp and he has not replied to texting nor chat/email.

Great SoCal location!

Our family appreciated this home in Fullerton which appeared to be recently renovated.Nice outdoor patio area, clean bathrooms, and near everything we needed to get to.Wonderful communication from our host Austin.Highly recommend!

Great experience! ***** Highly recommended. ***** The whole process was very seamless. From booking the reservation, getting the check in and checkout instructions to the stay itself! The house is clean and accommodating. Every room has comfortable beds and quality linens. The kitchen is stocked with top-of-the-line range for cooking and the cupboards have every kind of utensil you might need for your stay. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and the neighbors were friendly.
