The St. Simons Grand, unit 214 offers a large Pool, which is heated during the cooler months, Private Beach Entrance, 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The ocean views are spectacular, and you have access to the largest span of beach on St. Simons Island.

THE SPACE
Unit 214 is one level living and is accessed by an elevator or stairs. Kitchen has everything you need and more for cooking meals at home.
Bedroom 1 - The king suite (sleeps 2) has access to the covered patio area overlooking the ocean views, and ensuite bathroom
Bathroom 1 - Ensuite bathroom with double vanities.
Bedroom 2 - Guest queen bedroom (sleeps 2) has an adjoining bathroom with access to the hall.
Bathroom 2 - Adjoins Queen bedroom and hall, shower
Bedroom 3 - Located down the back hall, 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), and Ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom 3 â Ensuite to twin room, combination tub/shower
There is parking for up to 2 cars for guests. Parking can be very limited during busy holidays such as Memorial Day and 4th of July. Building is managed by an HOA and property manager is not responsible for elevator and amenities.
Don't forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen. Relax poolside or use Private Beach access which is available only for guest of the Grand.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
