We were met at the apartment, where we received assistance in taking our luggage up the stairs! The amenities of the apartment met our needs for our stay. We loved the location and closeness to everything!

We had a lovely stay! The host was perfect with communication. Check in and check out were easy. The place was spacious for me and my 2 adult kids. All was clean and organized. We would definitely book again.

Great location, spacious apartment!

The owner and property manager were very communicative during the whole process and were very helpful during check-in. My friends and I had a great time at their spacious apartment and it was very close to lots of good eateries. The apartment was also very cozy and clean

The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of little Italy and we were there for the feast of San Gennaro. Lots of things to do, fun to people watch, and easy access to multiple subway lines. The place wasn't the cleanest though, especially the bathroom. The beds and futon also were not comfortable, nobody in our group had a good sleep the whole week we were there. If the host spent just a little money this would be a much nicer place to stay.

Great place!

This place is exactly as advertised. It was a great location for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. I am a light sleeper so the AC unit actually blocked out most of the street noise, which was super helpful. Great communication from the host, would definitely book this place again!

Great apartment in a great location!

My husband and I and our 2 adult children had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The apartment is well stocked and the beds are comfy. It really is just two bedrooms and a kitchen (not much space to hang out, but we didn't spend much time inside with so much to do!)There are fantastic coffee shops and restaurants literally right outside the door. Subway stations are in easy walking distance as well. Location can't be beat!

Great location great communication

Overall the strong points are the great location footsteps from the great Italian restaurants in Little Italy and markets in Chinatown. Very safe and engaging area. Owners were communicative and helpful. The large amount of space I had was more than I needed or expected!

Lovely spot in the heart of everything

Hard to beat the location of this sweet spot in Little Italy. Great food, bars, shops, playground, subway, museums, all walkable. Hosts were very attentive and answered all questions plus gave great recs. My little dudes loved the extra space to stretch out and relax between troops around town.

Perfect place

This was really the perfect choice for our stay in NYC. It was relatively close to public transportation that could take us wherever we wanted to go. Communication with the owner and the manager was easy and responses almost immediate. The apartment was very clean with extra towels and other linens available. There were 3 of us, my granddaughter and me, as well as a friend. The layout of the apartment was perfect for us. Thank you for helping make our trip a wonderful vacation.
