★ Equipment included:
For a pleasant stay, our apartment is equipped with everything you could need. There you will find a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a blender, a kettle, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven and hobs Cooking. We also provide sheets, bath towels, toilet paper/sanitary napkins and basic products such as soap, shampoo and shower gel.

Beds are made up for your arrival and bath towels are also provided.

★ House Rules
✓ Check-in: Arrival is possible from 3 p.m. (in some cases an earlier arrival can be arranged, please let us know if this is necessary).
✓ Check-out: Departure must be made no later than 11 a.m. (we can study specific constraints, but in general, it can be complicated).
✓ The apartment has an independent entrance (via a key box). We can assist you remotely if necessary. So, please check-in at reasonable times (avoid after midnight, please).
✓ Although the apartment is well insulated, it is located in a condominium and no parties must take place after 8 p.m. to respect the neighborhood.

Guest access
It is a spacious and well-appointed 2-room apartment, it will be just for you for the duration of your stay!

Other things to note
The sofa bed is only prepared for 3 travellers or more. If there are two of you and still wish to use the sofa bed, please make a reservation for three persons.

The Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 60 euros per day. If your stay lasts 3 days, the total cost for using the Jacuzzi would be 180 euros. Please note that it is not possible to pay for only one day of Jacuzzi use if your stay spans multiple days.

Underground parking is 15 euros per day.
