Sunrise Over The Pointe II, our fabulous oceanfront condominium at Waterpointe II in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath unit, providing amazing vacation accommodations. Sunrise Over The Pointe II maximizes your beautiful ocean views, North Myrtle Beach is famous for.  Sunlight pours in through the living room windows, allowing you a terrific vantage point from which you can gaze at the mighty ocean that spans the horizon.

Take pleasure in your Jacuzzi tub and fireplace at Waterpointe II, located in the common areas of the property.  Enjoy your full kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar. Dine al fresco on your oceanfront balcony where you can hear the waves crash against the sandy shore and see pelicans and seagulls soaring overhead. On-site amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool and kiddie pool. There is an indoor saline swimming pool and hot tub at this North Myrtle Beach resort. Nice place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is great - close to attractions and restaurants. The condo is exactly how described online. It was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Our family had a great time!

The stay was good. Just had issue with the dryer . They did come look at it but not sure it was fixed. Continued to make noise

When maintenance assessed the issue during your stay, they determined the dryer needs to be replaced but we couldn't get a replacement before you checked out. This shouldn't be a problem in the future. We hope to have you back again next year!

This is incorrect. The third bedroom, which is the first when you walk into the unit is technically and legally a bedroom. This condo is advertised and is legally a bedroom. You are wrong to make your review two stars based upon this. Also, this bedroom is 100% exactly what is listed on the website, including the actual photos of the bedroom.

We thought the location was good. The room looked straight down the beach path to the water. We had a fairly easy time getting the kids down to the beach. There were water hoses with sprayers that were easy to use for my babies. We really appreciated the indoor pool, especially when the weather changed. The hot tub was very nice. We really didn't mind that the room overlooked the pool dome. The dome bubbles looked neat at night. Our main complaint would be the cleanliness of the rental. A molded towel had been left in the bathroom sink drawer. Another vanity cabinet had a towel with Drano on it. Tables looked like they had not been wiped in a long time. There was dust under the sofa, and the floors definitely had dirt built up on the floor. Another disappointment was that the sliding door from the living room did not work, so no one could sit on the porch after the children went to bed because the only other access was through the bedroom.

Nice stay few issues

The property was nice. Pool and hot tub was great! The Condo was good. The main bedroom bed was not the best. The livingroom sliding door would not close and the bedroom sliding door doesnt lock. We did have to go to a laundry mat a couple times to dry our clothes. The condo dryer did not work. Maintenance was called and said he worked on it 3 different times and was ordering a new one. That was on Wednesday. We never saw a new dryer. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, trashbags. Those things are not provided beyond first use. We chose this condo for the Full size Washer/dryer, ocean front and location.

Sylvia, as you detail in your statement, we immediately responded to all of your requests, and do not have the authority to purchase a new dryer for the condo. Also, all property management companies only provide guests with a starter set of amenities. We are not a hotel, nor did you stay in a hotel, so extra amenities are up to the guest.
