The apartment is in a centrally located area, everything is within walking distance, while still being off the main road and in a residential area allowing for a quiet and calm environment. For groceries, there are 2 convenience shops located just down the road a butcher within 250m of the apartment. The Wellbee's supermaket is 600m far from the apartment. There are also many other smaller grocery stores around the area, you'll be able to find one in every other road. There are two bus stops (Luzzu and Qawra) just down the road from the apartment, each 1 to 2 mins walk, where all the main buses pass through. The bus terminal is 550m away from the apartment (6 mins walk).

The apartment is located in a street parallel to the promenade. You can find cafes, english style pubs, and restaurants both on the promenade and also on the area behind the apartment. You can find many different cuisines, including local, British, Indian, Asian, Italian etc. You can also find other attractions for kids, including a playground, the National Aquarium and the Bugibba waterpark, and for the not so young anymore, you can find the Nine Lives and the Cafe del Mar clubs within walking distance.
