Newer construction, home away from home! 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom sleeps 9+. Great for adults and children alike, there is a playset for the kids and a porch with rocking chairs for the adults. There is an outdoor living area that has a fire pit, BBQ, and table for enjoying meals! This home is a short walk to a great restaurant that has outdoor and indoor seating and also a seperate outdoor tiki bar! The famous Jordans store is also just up the street for your pizza/sandwhich/grocery needs. Our lake access is a short 3 minute walk to a private, sandy, family-friendly walk in beach. There will be a mooring available if you have a boat, or if you would like, Long Beach Marina is just across the street where you can rent one. We try to supply you with everything you need to enjoy your time at the lake, just bring yourself, toiletries and a bathing suit!

We had an adult family of 7. Beautiful house, had everything we needed. Beach just a short distance away. Use of golf cart was great. Plenty of towels, dishes, cutlery.. also left everything to make s’mores by fire. Screened in deck is large, and keeps the flying insects out. We really enjoyed the house.

Wish I had more time!

This house is perfect for large families or groups with multiple beds and bathrooms. There’s plenty of space inside and outside for gatherings. In fact, one of the larger bedrooms has a separate entrance/exit to the driveway along with kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The hosts were quite open to communication and easy to reach. I can’t speak to the lake activities very much because of rain and travel delays. The entire area has a “local” feel which is great. The restaurant down the street was quite nice and lively. Wish I had an extra day or so!

Hi there, I am a born and raised Mainer whose most favorite memories were my summers on the lake. When fortunate enough to buy a property by the lake we couldn’t wait, and also knew we would rent it and share it with others. My husband Corey and I have a young family and super busy, so staying there all of the time is out of the question, but second best is being able to share it with others.

This is one of the most sought-out neighborhoods on Sebago Lake! There are the cleanest sand beaches which we have access to! We have the best restaurant and tiki bar in walking distance, a wine bar and a grocery store that also makes sandwiches and pizzas! Everything you could need and true small town summer living!

We are lucky to have found a new construction with all the modern amenities on a double lot. Our property is so peaceful!
