Jumeirah Lake Towers, commonly known as JLT, is a sought-after area of Dubai. It is set around four man-made lakes and an area for parkland. With an easygoing community vibe and a range of amenities, JLT has become an ideal residential community for families as well as individuals who want to stay close to the bustling Dubai Marina.

HOUSE RULES:
House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture and no parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

ACCESS CARDS:
The provided Access and parking cards are to be returned upon check out. In the event of loss or damage to the card the amount of AED500/per card will be claimed from the guest.

LICENSES & FEES:
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department.
Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
Cleaning Fee included in the reservation is for the check-out cleaning after your stay.
