Beautiful views and wonderful home! We had an absolutely amazing stay. We felt so welcome by our hosts and they answered questions immediately to make sure we were comfortable. We loved staying here and will definitely come back to stay again. I would rate our stay 10 stars if I could!!!

Great Spot for Large Family with Close Access to Beaver Creek
The four bedroom layout was great for our family of 9, giving everyone their own living space. The wood burning fireplace was amazing. Hosts were extremely helpful. Property is located less than 5 minutes from the Elk/Bear Lots to access Beaver Creek. The property is a great value.

The "Mountain view" was really not visible on a clear day. What was really really horrible was this sits right on Hwy 6 and I70 and the traffic noise was unbearable. We could not open any windows or sit outside (some did not open anyway but the noise was unbelievable) . The patio furniture was cheap plastic and had holes in the chairs. We could not sit out there anyway for the noise. The down bath had a broken sink and could not be used. All the rugs and floors were filthy. The counters and appliances were really dirty as well. Such a disappointment. The beds were comfortable. But the rest of the place was most unfortunate. The contact person was very helpful and replied immediately etc (the coffee pot did not work but she helped us re-set it) All in all - this place need cleaning - floors and walls and baths. Great house with a few issues
First, this is a nice house with a nice layout of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses were comfortable. The condo was clean.
However, we had some issues with check-in and housekeeping that we didn’t expect given the rental fee and cleaning charge. Three of beds were not made when we arrived. The hosts sent someone over to make them. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until bedtime that there were no top sheets on the three beds she made. Also, the thermostat automatically turned down to 60 in the middle of the night, which made the house really cold. The bedding was not winter weight. There were other minor issues, like running out of toilet paper within hours of check in. (When I texted the hosts, they had a neighbor drop some off within a few minutes.). And the kitchen was not well equipped with cookware.
There was only one review when we decided to rent this condo, so I’m not sure how often they have guests. The hosts were responsive to my text messages. I expect they will improve with more experience renting the unit.

Spacious and fun!
Cozy, clean and fun! Kids loved the top floor with bunk beds and the 4 levels. Each bedroom had a full bathroom either attached or next to it.
Owners were so kind to text at check in and they were available for questions any time.
