This peaceful 1st floor end unit offers nearly 1,700 sq ft of space just a short 7-minute stroll from the beach! The extra windows flood in natural light with views of the pool and ocean. This non-smoking unit features wood-laminate flooring, a 55" Smart TV, complimentary WiFi, cable, a fully equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and a storage shed stocked with beach gear. Shopping, parks, courts, and restaurants are steps away. Golf is nearby. Experience the best of North Myrtle Beach!

Sleeps 8 people MAX! 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, and 2 roll-away twin beds that can be set up in any of the bedrooms or living room area.
The complex offers free covered parking for 2 vehicles maximum! No motorcycles or golf carts allowed. Additional vehicles must find public parking. Do not stress about carrying your luggage or weekly groceries as luggage & grocery carts are provided to our guests.
All necessary supplies are provided. Beach chairs INCLUDED!
Guests rave about our ocean drive location and all it has to offer! Every bit of entertainment is either a short walk or quick drive away!

The unit is clean, private, and quiet. We often feel like we have the pool to ourselves, yet, it is in the heart of NMB. If we want the city life, we can walk to everything. Or, we can hop in our car and take a quick drive to many of the areas popular attractions.
McLean Park is just across Main St. and has tennis courts, pickleball, baseball field, picnic pavilions, and a great playground. There's great places to eat within a few minutes walk.
The complex has many neighbors who are full-time residents. They are very friendly and helpful. They are also watchful and protective of the beautiful property. They will report if there are too many guests or too much noise coming from the unit.
