By choosing to use the hot tub, BBQ, fireplace, and cooking stove provided at this property, the Guest agrees to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: The use of these amenities is at the Guest’s own risk. The Host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise from their use.

Safety Compliance: Guests must adhere to their own safety precaution while using these amenities. This includes, but is not limited to, operating guidelines, maintenance practices, and emergency procedures.

Cozy cabin vibes! Perfect for a couples trip or small family trip! Very clean space and hot tub was perfect for relaxing! Have a good view of the mountain top from the deck and short drive into downtown Gatlinburg! 10/10 would recommend and come back!

The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, was stocked with the necessary kitchen accessories including drip coffee maker. I really enjoyed the back covered deck with hot tub. Very peaceful!

Such a cute cabin. Very accommodating for what we needed. Outside needs a facelift but inside cabin was nice.Not much communication on what to do upon leaving besides take out trash and put AC to 85. Which we did.

The cabin decor matched a cabin vibe. When enter the cabin, it was comfortable. And to bring someone back at one with nature.

Cabin in a row of cabins 'chirp' hot tub rocked!!

Beds were old and squeaky, a common rental situation. Smoke detectors were ALL chirping, replaced batteries on most but left the rest disabled on the kitchen table. Batts in the remotes were dead... if it had a battery it was dead. Appliances were nice and all worked, hot tub was really really great, location was reasonably private. Was well stocked w toiletries and had good laundry setup. Bad plugs/bulbs on many lamps. Also, property is in a row of cabins for rent, the locals were clearly not super pleased... not a lot of great options for taking the pets to doo their thing. Grill was brand new and super nice! Big ups on the housekeeping staff, stocking soaps etc and cleanliness was stellar. Overall 3.75 stars. You wont be disappointed, but you wont be starstruck. Note for owners, wasnt crazy about checking out an hour early w cleanIng staff very obviously stalking the property... that was pretty awkward...

End of October

Booking the trip, to the day of arrival, communication with the host was good. When we received our instructions for check in, I had misread, and though we had to use our code by 2pm the day of arrival, it was 2pm the day after our scheduled arrival. Upon getting there a little after 2pm the day of, I was anxious thinking we missed our checkin. We emailed the host, received nothing back. After being there for about 15 minutes I realized I misread. We still hadn’t heard anything from the host, maybe verifying the code would still work at 3pm, rather than 2. Nothing. The place looked very clean and well maintained when we got inside. The hot tub wasn’t working when we got there, again reached out to host, heard nothing back. Thankfully my spouse was able to get it working by the end of day 2. There was a large hole in the air hockey table, so we weren’t able to use it. The morning of our departure, we found roaches in the kitchen. I didn’t bother reaching out to the host, due to previous attempts and hearing nothing back our entire stay. Overall the cabin was beautiful, and we enjoyed being so close to most of the attractions.

Bear Weekend

We were in town for my grandson's soccer tournament so this was much better than staying in a hotel. If you arrive at night it is difficult to see the address for the house and the keypad for the door is hard to find since it's black. We were disappointed that the hot tub didn't work but overall the stay was pleasant. Best part was being able to see all of the bears!

Would never rent this again

I rented this cabin specifically for the air hockey and the hot tub. Hot tub was broke, air hockey had a big hole in it, ac didn’t work upstairs and the cabin was full of ants!!!
