Rustic Getaway on Knob Creek is found nestled down a one lane country road from the lagoons of Marion County in Saint Joe, Kentucky. You can enjoy the amazing views of the knobs right from our front porch while listening to the babbling waters from Knob Creek. Just a short walk from our porch you will find a pond with a small dock. Our rustic and spacious getaway is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Great house for a visit to Makers Mark distillery. Our family of four were very comfortable. While cooking, we found all of the necessary equipment. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure. It is very dark for Star gazing. There were no fish biting in the pond.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home, host, location etc. The home was so uniquely crafted & decorated. Every detail was covered. The space was perfect for me & my 4 friends. We all found a room we loved to sleep in and the entire home was cozy & clean. The grill was a great touch. We made some delicious ribeyes on it! The screened porch was beautiful and I almost wish it rained so we could have soaked that in more. I didn't want to leave. I would 1000% come back for another stay. Location was great! Perfect for where we wanted to go but tucked away for privacy. The hosts were communicative, kind and helpful!! What a great stay we had!! 10/10

6 Brothers

The home was nestled in the back of a hollow. A modern home with all of the conveniences that one would appreciate. It was located away from everything to be quiet and yet central to the other locations that we wanted to see. It was a great setting for the 6 brothers' annual retreat.

Amazing kentucky stay 10/10!!!

We stayed in oct. 2024. The property was everything promised and more. We loved the house, fishing pond, amazing views and the seclusion it offered. Our hosts John and Ashley were amazing. The best rental we ever had!!!!

Country Cabin

The property was clean and comfortable with great amenities. The setting in the country was beautiful and relaxing. The front porch furniture and fieplace area offered pleasant places to sit outdoors. The seating in the family room was perfect for conversation and watching the big screen TV. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and serving. I would strogly recommend this VRBO home to others.

Anniversary trip

We chose to stay near the bourbon trail but also wanted to be away from the city. This cabin was perfect. Spacious, quiet, beautiful, and yet still close to all of the distilleries. The property tucked away in the country side was absolutely perfect. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

With 2200 sq feet of living space, you'll have plenty of room to spread out.
Enjoy all mother nature has to offer on our large open porch or screened-in porch located on the front of the home. The floorplan is perfect for groups traveling together with the living space and bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Each bedroom has an individualized heating and cooling system so guests can control the temperature of their bedroom space.
