The first floor welcomes you with a combined large kitchen, dining and living area. There is a full bath right off of the entry. Enjoy the giant sectional for movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials plus a blender and waffle iron. There is a work space adjacent to your own personal Keurig coffee station. With a beautiful dining table that seats eight, four bar stools at the island counter and a six person outdoor dining table you can host the entire family! Step out onto your private back patio with a hot tub, fire pit, dining table, hammock, lighted pergola, and BBQ grill.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms surrounding another upscale living room. Two thoughtfully decorated king-size master suites each with their own private bathrooms. Every bedroom has a large closet with built in storage. The laundry room is fully stocked and ready for use. Enjoy the comforts of extra cozy blankets and board games.

BRAND NEW: The third car garage is now setup as a self-serve paddleboard and kayak rental space! We currently have three paddleboards and one kayak. We ask that you sign a liability waiver and send payment through the VRBO app. We have competitive rates compared to other rental companies in the area. Once documents are received renting them out is easy and convenient. You will receive an access code that is unique to you and the individual codes to however many paddleboards you decide to rent. They are inflatable, very easy to transport and setup. Our home is located 12-20 minutes from the beautiful state parks of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow. Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home and private back patio w/hot tub. Two parking spaces in the garage and three spaces in the driveway are for guest use. Guests also have access to the heated community pool. The supply closet located under the stairs is not for guest use. The third car garage is reserved for kayak and paddleboard rentals!

There is RV, trailer, and boat parking pads located around the neighborhood for guest use. They are available on a first come first serve basis.
