Cozy cottage at the Marion County Lake with A/C

This romantic lake cottage is a perfect couples get away!
You can leave all your cares behinds during your tranquil visit as you relax on the private dock or relax on the shady patio. Enjoy a respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and share adventures, quiet moments, and uninterrupted togetherness. The lake cottage gives you a chance create everlasting memories that will be treasured for a lifetime. Water lovers, bring your paddle boards! There are also two kayaks available for your use at our private dock. If you prefer a sandy beach, a 5 minute ride will take you to the lovely swimming beach or you are also welcome to fish (off our covered dock or the heated dock close to the office, you will need a license which you can get in the office). We highly recommend a casual walk or bike ride around the peaceful and tranquil lake (3.5 miles) as you watch for our local bald eagle and other beautiful birds. On those cooler days the cottage offers a variety of classic board games, cards, DVDs, and books for your enjoyment. On a clear night, the sky is brilliant.

The cottage is an original lake cottage with calming views of the lake from all rooms. Wake up each morning to the glistening views of the lake from your queen size bed. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, Keuring machine, toaster oven, and an additional coffee maker. A charcoal grill is located on the back patio for your use.

Just a short five minute drive into the local town of Marion provides easy access to groceries, fuel, and local restaurants.
