The house was great- clean, very comfortable and in a great location! All of the fun beach stuff - chairs, cooler, umbrella and a very necessary beach cart- is all there for use and the beach is a short walk away. Full disclosure- it was hot so we put the cart in the car and drove to the beach - but it's a walkable distance. There's also a very useful outside shower which we realized near the end of the trip. Lots of fun places on the island to visit and Atlantic City is a short 10 minutes away if you want more activity. The host was communicative about some yardwork happening and it was a relaxing fun week! We will definitely come back!

Great house

Great place for our family of four. Check in was a breeze with the electronic lock. The place was spotless and could tell the owner took pride in it. Would definitely come back.

Weekend in Brigantine

House was very clean and had everything we needed. Well equipped for a beach getaway! Wagon, chairs and umbrella were awesome to utilize during our stay. Beds were comfy and the outside shower is a nice addition. Neighborhood is super safe and quiet. Great stay!

Great place, would 100% Stay Again

I stayed here with my wife and 3 kids (7, 2, 2) and fit perfectly. The house was super clean and the extra room in the kitchen with the tv helped to talk and hang out after the little ones were in bed. The house is on a cul de sac off of the main road so everyone can play safely. It's a short walk to the beach entrance, but the walk to the actual beach from there is kind of long, so just make sure you have a way to transport things there. They do have a cart in the garage, which is awesome, as well as 6 backpack type chairs. Loved the stay overall!

Just what we needed

We had a last minute cancellation of another vacation and were happy to find this place last minute. It was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Clean, quiet neighborhood, not too far of a walk to the beach. House had all that we needed- beach chairs and beach cart made it easy to transport. Comfortable beds and a nice private patio outback was perfect to sit out and enjoy the mornings/evenings. Colleen was very responsive to any questions had during our stay. I would recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks!

Perfect Getaway at a Beautiful Beach House

This is our fifth summer visiting Brigantine but first time staying at Colleen’s place. Our stay at Colleen’s rental beach house was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The location is great and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet! The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped which made it easy for us to prepare meals. The bedrooms are comfortable with soft linens and plenty of storage space. Colleen provided beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a wagon which made our beach days even more enjoyable. The outdoor patio was a highlight, with a seating area where we spent most evenings. Colleen was very responsive and provided detailed check -in and check- out. Highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable beach getaway with the family!
