Not what they say it is

Small. there is no lake behide the house, you have to drive to a swimming park to swim. Everything to do is 30mins away.

Pictures deceiving

Got to the cabin, everything was clean but no coffee pot, no frying pan to make breakfast (had to purchase them), there were pans for soup and gravy. No grill to cook outside. A for sale sign in front of the house, Also one office chair to small kitchen chairs a small table (which it shows in pics) and a small couch (that fit 3 people maybe) for 4 people to sit on. Needs more of a home feeling even if owner is selling the place.As for lake access (since the pics show a dock) and that I was informed that there was and the pictures show a dock to the water. No idea why because there is no access unless you know someone there. There for was deceived by those pics and the owner by saying at first that was lake access, then saying to me after a day of being there “you have a view of the lake.”Good thing we didn’t bring our boat. Overall our stay was very disappointing pictures showed more than you’re given.

Not so renovated

It was a nice area and adorable piece of property but i wouldn't say "newly renovated" more like slapped a coat of paint on it and called it renovated. Closet doors were janky bed was not fully put together there was tape on the bad of the couch porch was rickety communication was great with the owner though . 5/10 maybe actually renovate it

It’s a no for me, dawg!

Property is falsely advertised. The dock is no where near close without a long walk down hill and then all the way back up. The pictures make it looks Like it’s behind the house. In fact, we didn’t even know which dock it was!! The house itself is for sale and it looks Like the owners left a bunch of crap under the deck and around the house. My spouse tripped and fell over some of the crap! Communication with the property manager was weird and I’m not sure who the property manager even was. The booking was with one person and when we got to the property, the name listed as the manager was something completely different. There was no WiFi and the cabinets were bare. I didn’t even find a pot or a pan to cook with. Will not be staying here again.

The listing is not what they said it was. They said it was just a walk across the road to the lake when you have to walk 2 blocks to the lake. The house was not newly renovated either.
