This quaint 1 bedroom apartment has a vintage style & is FILLED with modern amenities.
Located in Hungarian Village, just south of historic German Village. Very close to downtown Columbus and major freeways!

Perfect for couples, remote workers & long stays!
No Pets allowed.

This 2 floor townhome is half of a duplex building.

The 1st floor has a living room with a comfortable couch, full kitchen with modern appliances, coffee bar, and café dining space. There is also a back room with a dedicated workspace oasis + washer and dryer for your long term stay convenience.

Upstairs is the bedroom, beauty station, and bathroom.

The bedroom has a queen bed (very comfortable), Smart TV, mirror, and large closet with hangers.

The bathroom as a single sink, toilet, and upgraded shower with tub.

While parking off street is available in front of the home, there is also a labeled private parking spot for your convenience in the back of the home.

AC/Heating Mini split Units can be found in dining room (for downstairs) and in the bedroom (for upstairs. Opening inside doors will allow for the best circulation.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s comfortable and well decorated. The location is good, not too far south of downtown, with restaurants nearby.I would stay here again and highly recommend it to a couple or a single.

Loved the Bungalow!

This has been one of my favorite Columbus properties yet! The location was close to downtown, and we cooked most days on our stay. The stairs are steep and narrow so be prepared for those if you stay here. We are both healthy and young so we didn’t have a problem with them. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Solid bungalow

My partner and I came down for a visit after ending a long run of no vacations. This rental was close to The Book Loft, which was our ultimate destination for this trip. A few of the stairs had runners coming up, and there was some dirt or ash on the bedroom drawers, but everything else was great. The shower head is 10/10.

I am very disappointed with the stay there. The place was very dirty. Rugs are dusty and there is was no vacuum cleaner. I stayed during winter and the place was very cold. I had a choice to leave but I decided to stay. Space heaters were no better and, the host said I was the first person to stay there during winter. They finally fixed the central heating system about two weeks after my stay. The techinican had to come in once more as it failed. Well, not the best experience!The bedroom floor and the chest of drawers were very dusty and I had to clean on day 1. The towels....I won't even get there. They DO NOT provide cleaning and laundry detergent, so you have to bring your own.I think they should hire a professional cleaner and have the place thoroughly cleaned.I would not recommend anyone to stay and, I hope the owner makes an effort to make the it better for the next guest.

It is so cute, and because of its small size has turned for the better very quickly. The area has seen new art studios and family owned restaurants just in the last few years. We would love to be the staple short term rental in this cute community so that outsiders can enjoy it as well.
