Mid-Century Themed Hotel Room in Fayetteville, AR - The Clementine on College #7

The Clementine on College is part of the redevelopment of the original 1965 Hi-Way Inn Motel in hopes of rehabilitating the site to align with the city's future development. The Clementine consists of 8 of the existing motel units, which, while still small, have been updated and refurbished with a nod back to its midcentury design. The site is also home to Cafe Rue Orleans, a beloved local restaurant, and Sidecar, a new bar directly underneath the restaurant.

The property includes 8 hotel units, each with its own bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Each room comfortably sleeps two. All guests can access the shared outdoor seating space, parking lot, and can easily access the restaurant on site. Perfect for a weekend stay or business trip!

Standard Check-in: Guests can access the unit anytime after 3:00 PM. If you arrive early without prior notice, please utilize the shared outdoor seating space, parking lot, or the on-site restaurant and bar until your room is ready.

Same-Day & Last-Minute Bookings: We welcome spontaneous travelers! However, please be aware that we need time to ensure your room is fresh and well-equipped with what you need for the specific length of your stay. If you make a same-day booking and arrive immediately (especially late at night), you will experience a short wait before you can access the unit. You are welcome to enjoy the on-site amenities while our team completes the turnaround.

We know that sometimes you’d love a little more flexibility on your last day, so we are happy to offer a late checkout option, subject to availability. Here’s how it works:

1. Standard Checkout Time: Our standard checkout time is 11 AM. If you plan to leave by this time, no further action is needed!

2. Requesting Late Checkout: If you think you’ll need a bit more time, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. We can sometimes accommodate requests for late checkout up to 1 PM at no extra charge, but it depends on our booking schedule.

3. Fees: For checkouts between 1 PM and 4 PM, we charge a half-day rate. If you need the space past 4 PM, we would charge for an additional night since we wouldn’t be able to accommodate a new guest.

4. Unapproved Late Checkouts: We kindly request that you respect the agreed-upon checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts can cause scheduling conflicts with cleaning services and incoming guests. In such cases, an additional night’s fee will be charged.

**Similarly, early check-ins are allowed if your room is ready, but typically we need the time to clean after the last guest. Please ask if you need to check-in early for any reason, and hopefully we can accommodate as best as we can.**
