We had an overall nice stay at this home and appreciated how clean, comfortable, and spacious it was. It worked especially well for two families, as there was plenty of room to spread out and still have private space. The owners were very kind, communicative, and responsive throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.A few things future guests should be aware of, particularly in winter. We had snow both days we were there, and there was no snow shovel or salt at the house. The driveway and walkways became very slippery and felt unsafe, so we ended up purchasing our own salt. No one came to shovel or plow during our stay. If you're visiting in snowy conditions, you may want to come prepared. The kitchen was functional but missing a few basics we would normally expect, such as pot holders, dish towels, and wine glasses. The garage area with the basketball hoop and games looked fun in the listing, but it is unheated. In cold weather, it was too freezing to use, which was disappointing since we were hoping that would be a main hangout space for the kids. It would be helpful if this were noted in the description so guests can plan accordingly.Inside the home, the heating is one-zone. To keep the downstairs comfortable, the upstairs became extremely warm, and we had to sleep with windows open. Additionally, the back sliding door did not lock, and the coat rack was broken, so neither was usable. That said, the home itself is very clean, the layout is great for groups, and
