Communication was good but honestly this apartment doesn't have enough available to make your own food properly. No utensils, no toaster, no vacuum or broom (it gets yuck very quickly when you have sand everywhere). The shower barely gets warm. And the same with kitchen water which makes me wary that the germs on plates have not been properly cleaned. It is okay place.

Firstly, we weren’t sure what to do at arrival, upon identifying with the unit and checking the door, we realized that it was left open with the key inside. The shower was slightly warm at the highest level. The beddings didn’t appear clean, the mini blanket had bleached stains and there was a large dead roach under the bed. Also, we registered as two (2)adults but only met one (1) washcloth and the other large towels were not fresh. There was only the remainder off a roll of tissue and no additional reserve. Additionally, the tea cup in the cupboard had what appeared to be hot chocolate on it and upon removing the garbage bag upon departure, we realized that the bin was filthy inside with a noticeable piece of trash in it. The walls can also use a coat of paint, there are dirt marks and shoe prints even on high areas as if someone climbed it. Finally, I must say that even though we have no idea who the hostess is, however she was very responsive when we messaged for the Wi-Fi password.

The internet didn’t work properly all the time and the host is very strict with the arriving and leaving time like a regular hotel. Didn’t like that part. They should be more flexible otherwise would like more a hotel for the facilities, anm and cleanliness.

I recently stayed at the ABNB and had a great experience. The room was clean and welcoming, and the location was convenient, with several shopping centers nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
