This special spot is our family retreat, and we love to rent it out when we're not using it. I have a great relationship with the resort staff, and their hospitality is a big part of why we chose this timeshare. Nestled right on the beach in the Puerto Juarez area of Cancun, the property is modern, clean, and just a short 10-minute drive from the vibrant old Cancun (The hotel zone).

I've included a map in the pictures for your convenience. You'll find it's only a mile from the ferry that takes you to Isla Mujeres in just 15 minutes. It's a perfect day trip with endless adventures. Golf enthusiasts will be thrilled to know there's a beautiful and reasonably priced course just 15 minutes away. If scuba diving is your thing, you're in luck! There's a travel agency right at the hotel that can book your excursions.

Once you book and receive your confirmation, please message me your details. I'll pass them on to the resort's concierge, who can arrange transportation for about $50 if needed. The concierge will also be happy to discuss dining options for your stay.

The all-inclusive option is $99/day per person, covering meals at any of the restaurants, top-shelf alcohol, and 24/7 room service – no hassles at all. If you prefer a bit more flexibility, the à-la-carte option is great if you plan to explore off the resort some days.
