2024 Port O Call B101 stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was great. The unit was well equipped and nicely furnished. Loved the layout of the unit. The highlight was the screened porch with great views and privacy. One suggestion-the high top table was great for eating outside but some comfortable sitting chairs would have been a plus. Two small ones might fit along with the high top. Island Realty was great. We will rent through them again. Probably the most helpful and professional company we have ever experienced. I will recommend Island Realty and this property to friends.

Reviewer Comments: Thanksgiving family holiday special for many 2023 the furniture was mismatched eclectic that’s okay two separate entrances into wild dunes a bit confusing to visitors when one guard gate does not speak to the other as one is with Hyatt hotel the other with local wild dunes overall good except the common picnic grille area was dissatisfying as it was far away from the condo and the grille was not cleaned. The condo was super well provisioned! Windows needed screens and the steps to the beach were loaded with burs so new mats would be great. Kitchen well stocked thank you beautiful place and we honeymooned close to here 17 years ago we love it!

Reviewer Comments: Other than the B101 Port o Call having no air conditioning on the day of our arrival, the management company did their best finding us another condo, although not on the beach as requested, but on the golf course. We are not golfers and that unit had 40 steps to climb. Since we are in our 80's we were not able to stay there. We arrived back at the management office the next morning asking for another condo on the beach with no steps or to refund our money. We asked to stay in that condo that day until the AC was fixed. They agreed and within 15 minutes after leaving, management called to say AC was fixed?? The rest of the week was completely enjoyable.

Port o call Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about our stay. The Wild Dunes community is beautiful. It’s very private. Port o call was great. We chose B101 on the first floor and the room was noce and clean. The back porch stepped right onto the sand and was a short walk to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the porch. The beach was private so it wasn’t crowded at all which we enjoyed. It made relaxing a lot easier without the crowded beach and pool. The bed was comfortable....the sleeper sofa not so much. I will leave you with this...I love Wild Dunes and B101 and wish I could retire and spend the rest of my days there. Just take a queen air mattress if you have anyone that will be sleeping on the sofa bed.

The screened in porch was really nice and had a ceiling fan which really came in handy on hot afternoons. Very clean comfortable condo. Island Realty is great! We loved IOP!!!

The pictures are exactly like the condo was. We had a wonderful time with the Condo, Beach and Pool. There is lots to do within a short drive. Take a carriage tour and harbor tour in Charleston, SC. We loved the Condo and it was very spacious.
