The Space:

Welcome to Drifterland, a unique and artistic retreat in Lawrenceville, designed as a homage to Pittsburgh legend Slim Forsythe. This spacious home features three bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 10 guests.



Bedroom 1 & 2: Each equipped with a comfortable queen bed and a twin trundle underneath.

Main Suite: Offers a queen bed, a twin fold-out chair, a kids' nook, and a luxurious walk-in tile shower with a double vanity.

The living area boasts a window bar, a sleeper sofa, and cozy seating for 10, creating an inviting space for relaxation and socializing. The main floor features a full bathroom and dressing area conveniently located off the eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove with hood, and garbage disposal. You'll have all the amenities of home to make your stay convenient.



For your convenience, laundry facilities are located in the basement and shared with Slim Forsythe himself, who resides on the property. The 2nd and 3rd floors are air-conditioned, and we’ve provided fans to help cool the main level. You’ll also find ceiling fans in every room and blackout curtains to help keep things comfortable. Step out onto the porch and overlook the amphitheater, an ideal spot for gatherings of 12-50 people. Drifterland seamlessly blends vintage charm, artistic vibes, and modern amenities, making it a perfect destination for those looking to experience the spirit of Lawrenceville!

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy depends on the length of your stay and the platform you book through. Please be sure to review your booking platform's policy for full details.

• Standard stays (<30 nights) on all platforms:

Reservations canceled within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

• Peak dates (holidays or local events):

A stricter policy may apply and will be shown at the time of booking.

• Mid-term stays (30 nights or more):

The first 30 days are non-refundable for reservations canceled within 7 days of check-in.

Full payment for the first month is due at booking.

Consecutive month's payments are due 14 days before the start of the next 30 day booking period.

30 days’ notice is required for cancellation of consecutive months.

We understand that plans can change. For any booking canceled within the non-refundable window, we always do our best to rebook any unused nights. If we're able to rebook, we’re happy to offer a partial refund based on the new reservation amount for those dates (which may be lower than the original rate paid).

Refunds for rebooked nights will be processed only after the new guest’s stay is complete and payment has been received.



If a refund is issued, it will be reduced by a 3% payment processing fee and a $50 cancellation/administrative fee, in addition to any non-refundable amounts outlined in the cancellation policy.

All primary guests must complete a short check-in form after booking. This must be completed prior to receiving check-in instructions and entry codes. It’s part of our standard safety and verification process and helps us comply with local laws and insurance requirements—ensuring a smooth and secure experience for everyone.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy

We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests when possible, depending on our cleaning schedule and same-day reservations.

If you’d like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure, we offer the option to add the night before or after your reservation at a 50% discount, as long as those nights are still available at the time of your request.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee charged per pet, per reservation. For 30+ days stays, the pet fee is charged monthly. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors.

Damage Protection

Your stay includes damage coverage through Guesty Shield:

• No security deposit required

• A non-refundable damage protection fee is included in your reservation (may appear as a “management fee”)

• For stays over 21 days, additional coverage applies every 21 days



This protects both guests and hosts from accidental damage. It does not cover intentional damage, violations of house rules, or costs related to smoking, unauthorized guests, or pet policy violations.
