This home can accommodate 6 adults (age 11+) and 3 children (age 10 and under) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Sandbanker Suite is a bright open-concept, family-friendly home with all the modern conveniences. Tastefully renovated with an updated kitchen and large shower with a spa like feel. Enjoy summer nights in the backyard after exploring at the nearby Sandbanks Provincial Park, cozying up to a outdoor fire or getting toasty in your private hot tub! Pease note that the home includes 2 additional twin beds. The cleaning fee covers linens for the 2 main beds. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the bunk beds, or if preferred, linens can be provided for an additional $30 per bed. Have a larger group? A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
