10-day package - R$200,000.00 + cleaning fee, energy consumption and staff per diem

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:.
The property has a pool attendant who comes to the house daily to clean the pool, and 02 employees (caretaker and maid), not included in the daily rate.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
All prices and availability must be confirmed with the owner according to the client's request.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside office hours.

PROPERTY RULES:
Parties / celebrations / events up to a maximum of 70 people, price is on request, and only with the express authorization of the owner. Security deposit R$ 25,000.00 + Cleaning fee R$ 1,500.00
NO after-parties or pets.
The house is limited to 12 (twelve) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, the law governing the property or the internal regulations of the condominium.
