Wonderful condo- beautiful views and perfect location! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need including a cake stand to celebrate a birthday! Beach was amazing, easy access and building had convenient restrooms beach access level.

We loved the condo and would definitely stay in it again! I had trouble finding the lockbox but Tyler was so patient and FaceTimed with me to help me find it. Great location, very comfortable and beautiful views! Thanks Tyler!

This place was a 10 out of 10! First off it was absolutely beautiful and so clean! The location couldn’t be any better as you are walking distance from all the restaurants, bars and shops! Would definately recommend and will go back for sure!

Super convenient location

Penthouse Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants, shops and ice cream parlor. The condo itself was clean and well equipped. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The pictures did not do the home justice. It was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. It was also the cleanest home. We deeply appreciated the thoughtful touches that the home offered. The hosts really want you to feel at home. We were also able to enjoy the pool. It was clean and relaxing. The oceanfront view was beautiful to wake up to each day. We cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

A little slice of Heaven!

The property is lovely! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is second to none and the views are outstanding! Enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise and winding down at the end of the day with the moon over the ocean! The property itself is very well maintained, safe and secure. Our family thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch accommodations, seamless communication, check in and out! Beautiful condo

The condo is beautifully decorated. It is clean, comfortable and spacious with a gorgeous ocean view. The property is also centrally located so we were able to walk to a couple of our favorite spots. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool, but we did enjoy the beach and it was easily accessible from the condo. Communication with the property host was seamless. This is our new go-to condo to rent while visiting Wrightsville Beach.

A few days' escape from reality

Tyler's place is spotless, comfortable, and has everything that we could have wanted. The kitchen is well-appointed, the location is perfect (walk to restaurants, stroll to the beach), the patio overlooking the ocean and beach is beautiful. Tyler was always quick with a response to my questions, and was very helpful. We will return!

Vacation 2025

This was our annual summer vacation. We have stayed at Station 1 several times before, but this was the first time in this specific condo. The condo was as indicated recently renovated and was very well done including new appliances. We experienced no issues, it was extremely clean, and the owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this property and will keep it on our shortlist for the next visit.
