Discover the beauty of Green Mountain Falls from this marvelous cabin nestled in a serene location. This cozy retreat offers a tremendous escape for guests. The cabin features a comfortable bed in the bedroom, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With amenities like heating, a washing machine, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need for a marvelous stay. Unwind in the bathtub after a day of exploring the area's natural wonders. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
This is a full apartment with another rental in basement below, but you will have your own private entrance and a designated parking space!

>October - May can bring big snow storms in GMF! Please be aware that you may need 4WD/AWD to access the property. The weather can be very different from Colorado Springs, so please check the weather in Cascade-Chipita Park for the most accurate weather conditions.
>Our space does not have A/C, but at 7,800+ ft of elevation, you won't need it as it stays much cooler in the mountains.

Hello! I am originally from the piney woods of East Texas (still root for the Cowboys, Mavericks, and Longhorns!), but moved to beautiful Colorado a couple of decades ago. My fiancée and I have 4 kids and 3 dogs in our blended family living in Colorado Springs.
We bought this property in Green Mountain Falls as our "forever home" once the kids finish school and head off to adventures of their own. So for the time being, we're looking for great people who want to stay in our home and take care of it until we can one day use it full time ourselves!

This neighborhood is incredible and one of the main reasons we purchased this home! It offers a little bit of everything for everyone.
Peaceful and serene with great views of the mountains if you just want to take things easy and enjoy nature.
It is also easily walkable to the GMF village center (less than .5-.7 miles depending on which route you take) and we have often walked down to The Pantry for breakfast or The Blue Moose for beers and comfort food!
If you want to get out and do something more exciting in "the city", it is also less than 20 minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs and less than 15 minutes from Woodland Park!
We absolutely love all of the things this neighborhood offers and hope you will too!

Something that is cool about the property is its location on the street. Because of how the road "bends" we don't have neighbors in front of us or behind us, we're bookended by the quiet road on both sides and we sit on roughly half an acre which is larger than most of the lots in the area!
This property is a 2 bedroom property two king sized beds, full kitchen, private backyard patio, and a large common space with a fully working fireplace.
