This 2-bedroom and bath portion of our home rental space is perfect for your escape to Kanab. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this welcoming 2 acre property offers a pleasant retreat for our guests. Enjoy our swim spa, golf putting and chipping green and large patio with fantastic red rock views. The bedrooms feature a comfortable queen bed and a luxurious king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Enjoy a luxurious shower from the shower tower with many water spray options. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, keurig coffee, hair dryer, iron, heating, AC, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Seven security cameras positioned around the outside of the home. Experience what Kanab has to offer during a stay at our welcoming home. To enhance and improve your stay we can share information about all the local attractions and National Parks.

Great place to relax

It was nice to be outside of town, to have a quiet place to relax with the hot tub. Hosts were great and check in process was easy.

National Park family getaway

We stayed for 2 days at this VRBO. The beds were comfortable. The host was great at communicating. My children loved the backyard and hot tub.

Lovely quiet stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab! This is a small shared space, but the owners thought of all the details. It has very nice amenities and beautiful views. We enjoyed the swim spa and putting green. Great central point to visit the national parks and Grand Canyon and come back to relax at the end of a long day of exploring! Owners were very kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy.

Excellent relaxing weekend

We had a lovely time here over a birthday weekend. Ken and Jenn put a lot of thought into providing everything a guest might need. They were very gracious hosts who seemed happy to ensure that we had everything we wanted. My partner was thrilled to use the bbq smoker and he loved how the steaks turned out. The swim spa is amazing, no surprises there! I was, however, pleasantly surprised by the incredible shower bar. Overall it was a very relaxing weekend and we highly recommend this spot!

Much Appreciation

Kind and outgoing, Ken and his family could not have been more accommodating. On very short notice they rented us their guest rooms for two nights and made us feel at welcome. Their home is in a modern growing development with lovely views and quiet neighbors. We can't thank Ken and his family enough for their hospitality!

So the location and views were great and the rental itself was clean and in great shape. Apparently i overlooked the subtle language in the description that this is a shared property with the owner. Found that odd with how much VRBO advertises not sharing with the host. As a renter, just know there is no kitchen in case you wanted to cook (which we did), no laundry, and no ability to adjust the temperature without aaking the hosts. Additionally you can hear the hosts quite easily next door. My bad i guess for missing this, but sharing a rental is not something we would ever do again.
