The Space:

1st Bedroom - Master bedroom with an amazing bathtub with a view, and full walk in shower.

2nd Bedroom - A bedroom with back yard access

3rd Bedroom - A simple bedroom with front yard views



Guest Access:

Access to the full house and outdoor amenities. We also have a garage.



Other Things to Note:

◦ PET FEE

We do welcome dog for non refundable pet fee of $100 per pet

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: No dirt roads.

Fenced yard: No fully fenced

Outdoor Surveillance: We have an exterior camera pointing towards the front driveway for your safety

Cell phone coverage: Yes cell phone service



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.



-Cowboy Tub Availability-

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
