By booking this property, you agree to abide by the following house rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules could result in immediate termination of your reservation and removal from the premises without refund.

*NO PARTIES/EVENTS/MEETINGS INSIDE THE HOME, ETC (hosts live nearby, do NOT book or inquire if this is your intention)

*THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD AND PRESENT AT THE HOME (booking on behalf of someone else is prohibited)

*ALL GUESTS MUST EXCHANGE MESSAGES WITH HOSTS BEFORE BOOKING (we like to get to know our guests to ensure we host quality groups who will treat our property with respect)

*HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ID'S OF ALL GUESTS IN THE HOME AT ANY TIME UPON REQUEST

*NO UNREGISTERED/UNDECLARED VISITORS ALLOWED ON OR INSIDE THE HOME AT ANY TIME (for insurance reasons, only guests who are declared prior to arrival will be allowed in this vacation rental)

*ONE well-behaved, non (or low)-shedding DOG ALLOWED FOR $200 FEE to be paid PRIOR to arrival. Guests bringing pets MUST message hosts prior to booking to answer questions. Pets permitted on a case-by-case basis. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture.

*BATH TOWELS ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED AS SWIMMING TOWELS, ETC

*NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ DRUGS/ UNDERAGE DRINKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE PROPERTY (we reserve the right to remove your entire group immediately if we find this is happening during your stay)

*DO NOT LEAVE DOORS OPEN (it is a safety hazard and will cause moisture to build inside the home, which can result in mildew)

*GUESTS AGREE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY ON END DATE STATED ON RESERVATION. HOSTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY THE SAME DAY. GUESTS WHO REFUSE TO VACATE THE PROPERTY BY CHECKOUT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE TRESPASSING.

*GUESTS AGREE TO LOCK ALL DOORS WHEN LEAVING THE HOME FOR ANY REASON (Missing or damaged items will result in recovery fees billed to the reservation holder- protect your belongings and our property by making sure the doors are locked no matter what).

*GUESTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY LOCAL AND STATE LAWS (For guests hunting, fishing or hiking, or visiting state parks, licenses may be required by local authorities. Guests agree to do their own research to determine what is required by law to enjoy their activities).
