Welcome to your comfortable home away from home at 1455 S Bahama St! Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this beautifully remodeled basement suite offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.

This listing is part of a shared home, but you will enjoy a private basement unit with its own separate entrance, giving you added independence during your stay. The outdoor areas, including the spacious backyard and patio, may be shared.

Start your morning in a cozy, thoughtfully designed space, then step outside to relax in the patio or enjoy the large backyard—perfect for unwinding or a barbecue. We are also 420-friendly in a designated outdoor area.

Inside, the suite is fully equipped with everything you need:

- One private bathroom located in the basement

It was as cute as could be. So welcoming. The beds and pillows were amazing. It was exactly all we needed it to be! Easy in and Easy out!!! Quiet streeet! We will look at this one again!!!

Clearly we were there to sleep LOL.Great rest. Loved that there were 2 types of pillows. 1 for resting your back while watching movies etc. On your phone-Firm. . 1 for resting the night away. Water was hot! An extra heater for those that get colder .. came handy for my parents that are older and very cold.

The Hosts were amazing! We absolutely loved staying here. It is definitely a home away from home. Perfect for my husband and I and our two puppies. Everything went so smooth, check in, check out and they messaged me to let them know if we needed anything! Beautiful place and very homey!

I have switched to Vrbo for the guarantee that I would not be sharing space with the owner of a property. The basement was a perfect amount of space, however there was no temperature control, we were sharing a backyard with the family who lived at the home, and we were woken up early in the morning prior to 8am because the family upstairs was doing whatever it was they were doing. Overall easy owners to work with but do not come expecting your own privacy or space.

We always encourage guests to review the full description before booking to ensure it meets their expectations. Regarding the noise, this is a family home, and while we do our best to be respectful, some normal daytime activity is to be expected. As for temperature control, the setup is also accurately described in the listing. We’re glad you found the space itself comfortable and that communication was smooth, but we believe the concerns mentioned were already outlined prior to booking.

The place is spacious and nicely decorated. . The bedroom is dark for sleeping late. The back deck was pleasant in the evenings Hosts were responsive and kind. It is a nice neighborhood. I felt safe walking my ddog around.the streest at night. Lot of restaurants and a grocery store with in5 miles. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient

Located in a safe neighborhood, hosts were accessible but left us alone, this was just what we needed while attending a conference in Denver. My one suggestion would be to provide dishsoap and rags for washing dishes and cleaning up.

It’s where we needed to be.

Location great for us. Those with mobility issues beware, steep, narrow carpeted stairs with no handrail to access basement. Kitchenette items bothersome to access, we did not use. We would stay there again though because of location.

Was pretty much what i expected. Unfortunately the hosts communication was not so good. I was not given the access code & had to knock on the main house asking for help spent 15 mins waiting to get the access code. After calling and messaging the # with no response. The place appeared tidy but further looking the restroom was not cleaned; lots of hair and stains in the shower. i actually used the cleaning supplies to clean it prior to using it. the trash cans did not have bags. first night the tenants upstairs could be heard talking and walking. The beds were comfortable and they have a fridge, toaster and microwave as well as tv. Watch out for the bees tho near the wooden gate!!
