The Hosts were amazing! We absolutely loved staying here. It is definitely a home away from home. Perfect for my husband and I and our two puppies. Everything went so smooth, check in, check out and they messaged me to let them know if we needed anything! Beautiful place and very homey!

It was a clean space and we had our own entrance by the back with a code to get into our space.Neighborhood was nice and quiet, with a few fast food options and local grocers nearby.

accommodations were exactly as represented, clean and comfortable.There was a lot of "people noise" from upstairs and 1 night there was a party going on with people in the backyard that we found uncomfortable.

The place is spacious and nicely decorated. . The bedroom is dark for sleeping late. The back deck was pleasant in the evenings Hosts were responsive and kind. It is a nice neighborhood. I felt safe walking my ddog around.the streest at night. Lot of restaurants and a grocery store with in5 miles. I would stay here again.

Was pretty much what i expected. Unfortunately the hosts communication was not so good. I was not given the access code & had to knock on the main house asking for help spent 15 mins waiting to get the access code. After calling and messaging the # with no response. The place appeared tidy but further looking the restroom was not cleaned; lots of hair and stains in the shower. i actually used the cleaning supplies to clean it prior to using it. the trash cans did not have bags. first night the tenants upstairs could be heard talking and walking. The beds were comfortable and they have a fridge, toaster and microwave as well as tv. Watch out for the bees tho near the wooden gate!!

Comfortable and convenient

Located in a safe neighborhood, hosts were accessible but left us alone, this was just what we needed while attending a conference in Denver. My one suggestion would be to provide dishsoap and rags for washing dishes and cleaning up.

Would NOT stay here again

Property was in a safe neighborhood (which is the only thing this property had going in its favor). Parking was very tight which made loading &unloading difficult. Host& her family live upstairs (including a small child which made the noise level quite unpleasant). The TV had damage to it, immediately told host, they said itd be replaced the next day since it was late &we were tired from traveling. As time went on we realized how unclean the property was & also things needing fixed (bathroom door wouldn't latch properly, backs of remotes were gone completely. Since host became unresponsive after the tv talk, I reached out to vrbo support. They contacted host, who then had the audacity to lie & say I had refused the tv replacement. Host told VRBO itd be replaced in hour. Which never happened, so I called VRBO again. They tried reaching the host yet again, and she totally ghosted them. I spent MANY hours of my vacation on hold/chat/talking with vrbo reps over the many issues to do with our stay & the property. Ultimately, the Host did finally answer 1 of the VRBO reps, only to tell them if I didn't like the property, then I could simply leave, and she would refund my final night stay. We decided to accept that offer & left. messaged host & vrbo several times in the week to follow and still haven't seen that refund. I would NOT stay here again. If i were you, I'd keep looking. Id add photos, but dont see how I can do that.

It’s where we needed to be.

Location great for us. Those with mobility issues beware, steep, narrow carpeted stairs with no handrail to access basement. Kitchenette items bothersome to access, we did not use. We would stay there again though because of location.

Sleeping in your vehicle would be a better option.

To sum up my overall experience here in a word, poor. Upon arrival I had a bit of trepidation regarding the overall impression of the property. The photos online didn't really capture the true essence of the listing. You actually enter the property through the garage rear walkout door. There is only one way down into the basement through an interior door located inside the garage. The basement has only three or four small windows located more than 5' above the floor. They are small and do not serve as a secondary means of egress, so in an emergency situation you would not be able to safely get out of this basement alive (also, none of the windows are in the "bedroom"). The smell in the basement is strong and pervasive (mothballs and mildew). The bathroom was not cleaned at all, and the carpeted areas had loose change and some dead insects present, both of which indicated that they also had not been cleaned. Lastly, the noise issue. Upon arrival there were minors present upstairs. I can't personally remember a time when I've been in a house that had more sound transmission through the floor. I could hear every fight, movement, and conversation going on in the upstairs level. If I hadn't wanted some peace and quiet that night, it would almost have been comical. The noise finally calmed down at 10PM, but you could still hear every footstep and movement after that, which impeded my sleep. I finally gave up, packed up and left to seek other accommodations at 11PM.
