Perfect for our weekend getaway!

My husband and I, along with another couple stayed for our weekend of floating the Comal. It was close to all the things we wanted to do. Would stay again.

Short Getaway

The location is really convenient to downtown, Gruene, and other attractions. I highly recommend the Natural Bridge Caverns. The house met all our needs for a vacationing family consisting of two small boys. Thank you Maria for allowing us to stay at your property!

Beautiful house and neighborhood

This place was wonderful and was just as listed. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Close to everything in town and great location for Schlitterbahn. Only about 10 minutes away. The house had everything and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We did not get to use this property as it was double booked. When we showed up to the property, another group of guests were occupying the property. This derailed our trip. We had to scramble to find another property to stay at, which ended up costing quite a bit more. The only positive was that the managing host apologized and fully refunded our money.

It was in the perfect location where we needed to be and nice and quiet. The hvac unit was perfect. All the appliances and amenities worked as needed. The smart tv in the family room wasn’t always the easiest to connect and stay connected. The remotes in the primary bedroom didn’t even work. The toilet seat in the 2nd bathroom needs to be upgraded. The washer and dryer worked but were a little dirty.

Would definitely recommend, and stay again!

I was kinda leary booking without any previous reviews, but no regrets. Although we didn't use the kitchen for cooking this trip, it was definitely well stocked with all you could need. Plenty of extra towles and bedding. And beds were comfy. The house is very clean. Thanks for hosting us!

Nice clean house

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, perfect for my wife and I and our teen boys. Very clean and well decorated house, has everything you need. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Maria our host was always readily available when we had questions. Would definitely come back again for sure!! Thanks again Maria

Very nice home

Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Had to ask for extra toiletries and things for kitchen. Only down fall is there’s no access to pantry to place your groceries for the stay. Host was very easily accessible and responsive when messaging her.

The place was clean but not as accommodating as most vrbo/rentals would be. If you like noise or to watch tv at night, this property probably wouldn’t be for you because only one room has a TV which the remote didn’t have batteries in it; neither did the living room remote. Also, we were only given one roll of toilet paper so once we ran out so we were SOL. We didn’t notice there wasn’t additional toilet paper until my fiance took a #2 and didnt have anything to use. I probably would have rather stayed in a hotel honestly. Other than those things, it was clean and a place to stay with a good location not too far from the rivers and restaurants.
