Villa Details:

The spacious two bedroom, two bath villa features a fully equipped kitchen (Coffee maker, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, cookware, and cleaning supplies), in-unit washer and dryer, and open separate dining and living areas.

The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, 32-inch flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, double sink, private commode, and a hairdryer.

The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a 32-inch flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. It is connected to another full bathroom that includes a single sink, commode, tub/shower and hairdryer.

The living room has a sleeper sofa, 32-inch flat screen TV, and a door that leads to a furnished patio. The dining area features a large table with 6 chairs.

The washer and dryer are in a separate room/closet. You will also find a broom, dustpan, and vacuum for your convenience. There is also an in-room safe, iron, and ironing board.

Free wi-fi.

Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, and a first aid kit.

Unit locations/views are assigned by the front desk per availability and cannot be requested in advance.

Parking:
Only 1 car per villa are permitted in the primary parking lot. A second vehicle may be required to park in the “overflow” lot.

RV's, trailers, motorcycles, commercial/company vehicles are not allowed in Sea Pines Plantation.

Please Note: Guests arriving after hours should utilize the call button on Marriott's Monarch front security gate to reach the front desk at Marriott's Monarch Club front desk. The manager on duty will meet the guest with arrival materials.

Damage and Incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet, and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
