Sun City-3 is a residential apartment complex primarily for families, full self-service, we hope that you will appreciate all the benefits of such a vacation. The difference in price with the hotel can compensate for travel costs. Cleaning of the apartments is possible for an additional fee. The apartment has everything you need for comfort, including bed linen and towels. A washing machine so you can wash what and when you want. Iron and hairdryer. It is clear that a hairdryer is for mom, and an iron is for dad. If it’s the other way around for you, we’ll understand. Kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and microwave. If this is not for you, there are a dozen cafes around that do not pose any risk to your health. Prices for salad are 3-4 euros, for hot dishes 5-10 euros, beer 1.5 euros per half liter. So your chances of survival are quite good. We will provide a crib for the little ones free of charge. FREE Wi-Fi. Swimming pool 265 sq.m. plus a "paddling pool" for kids. The depth of the pool for toddlers is only 60 cm. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea. This is if without a bivouac. We only work for positive-minded guests. Conflicts in the territory are prohibited and are punishable by three executions from water cannons. Our penthouse terraces have personal sun loungers with umbrellas, and our larger penthouses also have a gazebo, hammock and barbecue, and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening beer with stunning views of the mountains and river while lying in a hammock. There is also a noticeable minus. We will not be able to assign a personal fight with a fan to the hammock, but we are working hard on this problem, realizing our sad shortcoming in this area. For now, we offer self-service here too. Sun loungers by the pool are free. We don’t have swimming lessons, but we do have a couple of small water slides, from which the child will learn to swim on his own. The depth in the pool for toddlers is only 60 cm. You don’t need to take a gun on holiday to Bulgaria, you won’t need it here, we have 24-hour security in the complex. Parking for your car near the complex is also free. Transfer from the airport is possible, even by bus. The price is comparable to local taxis.
