River Retreat Suite In Town!- Inside The Grand Castalian Inn B&B

The Grand Castalian Inn Bed and Breakfast is in the heart of Berkeley Springs, WV! These adjoining well- appointed rooms take you on a journey down the river. Float on peaceful waves of tranquility set in an ideal location- quiet and secluded, yet walking distance to our charming downtown.

The River Retreat offers a luxurious hybrid queen bed and two additional sleeping spaces in the adjoining room with a bunk bed and sleeper couch that converts. The main room includes a desk with a dedicated work space, chargers, and fast Wi-Fi.
Throw on a turkish bathrobe and step into your private ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and shower.

The first floor opens into a spacious dining area. Enjoy a luxurious breakfast served continental style on our adorned dining tables or lounge on our outdoor patio with bistro table. At night, warm yourself in front of our gas fire pit on our patio under the stars. With the addition of our gas grill, make it a BBQ night.
BREAKFAST- is served between 8:30AM to 10AM every morning. Fri and Sat morning will be served an entre item in addition to the continental offerings. The rate covers 2 guests, each additional guest will be charged $20 per night for breakfast.

Families are welcome but please be aware The Grand Castalian is a couples retreat. Children ages 12+ are allowed. Children between ages 8-12 must be approved by the hosts before booking. Children under 8 are not allowed.

There is plenty of parking around the perimeter of the house off the road. There is one private driveway. A ramp on the north side of the house leads onto the porch for easy access. Each door is equipped with a key pad for extra security. Every guest will receive their own code.

The second floor is accessed through the grand staircase of Castalian Hall with the original woodwork and features. Unfortunately, the River Retreat is on the second level and is only accessed from the stairway, NO ADA access.
