Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo located in the heart of Brian Head Village. Perfectly situated on the ground floor, this cozy retreat is just steps away from everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway.

Everything about the amenities was great, Exceot the bed sheets. We had some issues with the let friendly house and the sheets. We weren’t able to fix the issue but the property management was quick to respond and covered the issue. Other then that, it’s a great lil rental

The place is super spacious and accommodated 5 people and two dogs great. The host is very responsive and great to work with. However, the only real way to it is up see through metal grated stairs. With luggage and groceries it can be tough but the worst part was the dogs refused to use them. Therefore the only options was a steep muddy, icy, slippery hill. Or trying to walk down between some buildings down an icy path that was partially filled with dog poop from the neighboring building. Also, not sure if it is in the management co. side or VRBO, but when VRBO shows a price and says ‘all fees included’, it’s not. I paid double what I expected. For what I thought I was going to pay this place would be great. But I paid what a lot of people pay for a whole months rent for only 3 nights and that price wasn’t worth it.

Regarding access, the stairway you mentioned is a permanent safety feature required for the property and is visible in the listing photos. While many guests and pets use it without issue, we understand that it may not be the right fit for every traveler or every dog, especially during winter conditions. As with many mountain properties, alternate paths can be affected by weather, which is unfortunately outside of our control. On pricing, we want to clarify that all nightly rates and fees are set and displayed by Vrbo at the time of booking. Prior to arrival, we also confirmed directly that there were no additional or hidden charges from our side, and the amount paid matched what was agreed upon. We never collect fees outside of the Vrbo platform. We truly appreciate the feedback and understand that value is subjective and closely tied to individual expectations and needs. We always encourage guests to reach out before booking if they have questions about access, layout, or suitability for pets so we can help ensure the property is a good fit.
