Owner is very responsive, the room was not available, but they quickly gave us another property, which was clean and as advertised. Their execellent service allowed me to have a stress-free graduation celebration.

Denton stay

Our stay was great for the most part. Very clean and hospitable location. A couple of small parking issues and unfortunately, the jacuzzi didn’t work. I contacted the host and he responded quickly. Nice place to stay!

Clean room, fast replies/ good communication. Needs cosmetic upgrades and repairs. Priced for what you’d expect.

I think I would call this place a hidden gem. I'm not one to leave many reviews but I enjoyed my stay. I was mainly in town for work and it was a very quiet place, and my space was very cozy and even had a few snacks that I munched on and took to work with me and the space was very vlean and spacious. I think the only thing I would change though not specifically, something the host could really control is being able to control the air in my room just because I hate to put people out. But since I only rented a room in the home, I was sharing the Central AC with someone else, at the time but there was an extra fan added into the room. So it did help make up for the coolness, that I needed also I did use the jacuzzi tub one night,but it seemed as though it didn't hold water for very long so I wasn't able to relax as long but it was a very minimal issue.If i'm in the area again , I would definitely would not mind coming back in staying there.

We have had a an amazing person ita and experience with the room and all the accommodations we have had for our experience. She will try her best to make your schedule work and then some . Thank you so much. All the other reviews are bs . Stay here first before u make a judgement because I promise you it will be better then what you think .

Dirty toilet and incorrect key code. Housemate let me in???

Key code didn’t work, didn’t hear from host within first few minutes. Housemate ended up letting me in. First time toilet flushed it filled it with dirty black water from holding tank. Really gross.
