Apartment is in a great location with great views. Restaurants within walking distance and convenient to the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Looks like it is being worked on with a new door into one of the bedrooms and a ripped screen door on one of the balconies. Only improvement we could suggest is a few more coffee cups (only 2 in cabinet), flatware and larger coffee maker. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching boats go by. Can't say enough about the view.

Good points:Location was very good.The apartment was beautiful.Beds were very comfortable. The communication with the host and lady who welcomed us was very good. Parking was easy with the parking spot. Bad points:The floor was very dirty, we had to wash it ourselves because our feet were black after walking in the apartment for 10 minutes.The kitchen is very minimally equipped. No oven gloves, not much cuttlerey or serving spoons.

Marina vibes

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was a short walk to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. There were several restaurants within easy walking distance. The views were superb.

Location Location Location

Great 2 bed/1 bath condo on top floor in modern building with pool and hot tub and gated underground parking and elevator. Right on the water in Marina Del Rey with 2 balconies and incredible views of the marina and the mountains above LA. Tons of light. Walk to farmers market on Saturdays and restaraunts (couple blocks). Mile to Venice Beach. Easy to communicate with owner and housekeeper. Will stay again for sure.

What a view!

Honestly, this is as good a view as you get in the marina. The pool was lovely. Super clean and tastefully decorated.

Nice stay in the marina

Nice property in a great location. Clean and roomy space. Check in was s a bit clunky but worked out. Listing indicates washer/dryer however it wasn’t in the unit. A washer/dryer was available on the floor but required payment via an app.

Beautiful view and beautiful apartment

The apartment is exactly as listed. Very spacious, very well decorated and very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and the entire stay was an easy process. Price is quite high but was a pleasant stay.

Great views and comfortable property

The property is very well located in Marina del Rey, with a beautiful view over the marina. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away.The property was recently renovated and refurbished. It could use a few more pieces of furniture (a desk, for example), but it was clean. The property does not have a laundry machine or a dryer. There are communal ones on the floor that can only be used with an app and paid via a US phone number. It's better to go to a local laundrette.The plants on the balconies have been dead for a long time and must either be removed or replaced.

Hermoso departamento para disfrutar las mañanas frente a la Marina. El sĂĄbado estĂĄ instalado el Mercado a unos pasos y es una muy grata experiencia recorrerlo. Muchos lugares hermosos y deliciosas opciones para cenar o comer. El apartamento es muy confortable y se disfruta mucho y tmb Juan y Sogey fueron excelentes anfitriones

Incredible stay

I had an incredible stay in the apartment, with a spectacular view of the sea, I rested very well in the bed since it was soft, the living room had a huge TV where I was able to watch a game of my favorite team.
