With 2 bedrooms including a king, queen, and twin bed, as well as a child bed, guests will find comfort and space. The farmhouse boasts AC, heating, Starlink High Speed WiFi, brand new Samsung appliances and television and a washer/dryer plus pool and bocce ball courts with a meticulously manicured yard. Enjoy a shower or soak in the bathtub in the 2 bathrooms available. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Napa and our farmhouse has to offer.

We are flexible in terms of what type of rental we will look at. If there's someone building a home who needs a 6-9 month rental or possible longer, we will discuss. Peak pricing for each month will range based on the season. Average rate is included in the offering rate. Summer and fall months are peak. We are open to the possibility of sharing with another person/group/family/renter if it was a flexible situation. We would split all costs as well on a mutually agreed upon schedule for this home.
