Ralph I apologize that you didn't have a great stay. I see from our notes that you notified us you needed steak knives, paring knives, and that you were having issues with the microwave and grill. I show that our staff delivered all new steak knives and paring knives that day and took a look at the microwave but didn't find an issue with it. We did agree that the home could use a grill upgrade so we immediately purchased a new Weber Genesis 4 burner grill and had it delivered to the home with our apologies. The small sprayer nozzle on the kitchen sink was leaking slightly and our staff ordered parts which were unfortunately back ordered so that side sprayer did have a slight leak during your stay and for that I apologize. I do also show that you called us about a hornets nest and our team removed it so there was no danger. Unfortunately nests can occur quickly in the Summer months but it looks like it was remedied. We do have extensive pictures of the home and depict the stairs and the description lets you know the home lives on 3 levels, and the outside spaces are pictured as well. While our staff responded to all of your calls during your stay in a prompt and professional manner, I will have to say that in the 17 years in the rental business you were perhaps the most unpleasant individual we have ever dealt with. I do hope that you find happiness and wish you well on your future travels.
