Welcome to our beautifully situated 2-bedroom condo, perfectly positioned at the base of the Peachtree Lift in Mt. Crested Butte. Perched on the top floor, this condo offers stunning views from every window. Simply step out the front door, take the elevator straight to the slopes – it’s that easy! You’ll appreciate the convenience of returning to the condo for lunch, skipping the pricey mountain eateries, and unwinding on the balcony while watching other skiers.

The inviting living room provides breathtaking views from the couch and the wrap-around balcony. With plenty of seating, including a large comfy sofa and you'll have ample space to relax. Enjoy the large flatscreen Smart TV and cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, stocked with plenty of wood to keep you warm as you take in the slope views. The bright dining area comfortably seats six, and there are three bar stools at the kitchen island. The fully equipped, open kitchen has all the essentials to meet your culinary needs.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed with a private balcony overlooking the slopes, a large screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Imagine waking up to the sight of the slopes from the comfort of your bed.

The versatile second bedroom can be configured as two twin beds or a king bed, depending on your preference. A bed bridge and appropriate bedding are available for whichever combination you choose. The room is typically set up as a king, but please let us know in your booking inquiry if you would prefer twins. This room also includes a large flat-screen TV, with a full bath across the hall featuring a tub and shower combination.

We have a queen blowup mattress and bedding available for 2 extra guests (total of 6) that could be set up in the living room.

Additional amenities include a full-size stackable washer and dryer and Wi-Fi throughout the condo. This single-level condo is easily accessible via the elevator located in the parking garage. Just steps from your front door, you'll find a communal hot tub, sauna, grill, and table for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle offers year-round transportation to and from the town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Gateway Condos is a short walk from the main transit center, with the shuttle running every 20 minutes during the summer, every 15 minutes in the winter, and every 40 minutes during the shoulder seasons.

Upon arrival, you’ll find all linens, towels, and paper goods provided, including paper towels, bathroom tissue, facial tissues, trash bags, kitchen towels, an assortment of spices, a dish sponge, dish soap, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. The condo is equipped with a regular drip coffee maker.

Each unit is allocated one parking spot in the garage.
