All incoming guests should provide ID with birthdate, both during booking and upon entry to the condo.
Guests can access the playground, the gym, and free 1 day access to swimming pool (closed on Mondays)
Gym and pool use needs registration

ăCheck-in - 1:00pm to 8:00pm
ăCheck-out - 11:00am next day. Extension of 300/2hr is allowed based on room availability.
ăUnlawful act is strictly prohibited.
ăThe unit is a non-smoking space.
ăThe sofa can be turned into a sofa bed for the 3rd guest to sleep comfortably.
ăGuest's ID required and only registered guests are allowed to enter the building premises.
ăOther things to be brought in aside from usual bags/luggages requires a gatepass. Let us know please at least a day before if you need one.
