Your cozy getaway awaits in Johnson City at this amazing house. This charming property features a bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a bathroom with a relaxing bathtub, and a dedicated office space that's ideal for working from home - and has a premium leather sofa that doubles as a pullout bed! It even has a separate laundry room.

This house was built in 2022, newly furnished and is lovingly kept up by us as our private getaway. Naturally, we have all the amenities you need from WiFi to central heating/AC, a modern washer and dryer, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer etc.

Whether you want to explore Appalachia, need a base to work from home, are doing a residency at the VA or visiting ETSU - this mid-century but entirely modern getaway is perfectly situated.

Great little house close to downtown and ETSU

Super clean place to stay. Has everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. I have rented this property multiple times and each time has been perfect. Great host that actually cares about their renters. I have rented this property again for the summer.

Best little house

I am using this VRBO as a long term rental and I love it. So close to everything. Beautiful little house. Super clean and quiet. Can’t wait to be back in Johnson City.

Wonderful property!

This property is so clean itfeels like it’s never been lived in. Simply but beautifully decorated, it is very cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything. Excellent host! I would stay here again!

We have been going to Hawaii for more years than I want to say!! This is the most awesome unit ever!! It is so close to the ocean and beach. I so enjoy listening to the waves. The owner is very responsive and takes great care of the unit. This was our second visit to this unit and we will go again.

We bought our house so that our parents would be able to stay in the in-law apartment. When they stopped traveling much, we decided we wanted to keep sharing the wonderful place we call home and soon realized how much we loved sharing our area with others. Later, we bought a tiny second getaway in Johnson City, TN - since we can't (yet) move there, we decided to rent it out and allow others to experience this gem of a small city in Appalachia! We love it here!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love the proximity to downtown and its many restaurants, breweries and shops - we usually just walk, something we can't do where we currently live. Also, we love that one of the BEST music/bluegrass clubs in the country, The Down Home, is a block and a half away! ETSU and the VA are super-close - we just love the convenience of it all. Everything you need is just a few minutes away, and unlike bigger cities, there's rarely much traffic. We also love hiking, and Johnson City's own Buffalo Mountain with AMAZING trails is a mere 5 minutes away by car.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our house is pretty definitely the cutest house on the block. At just over 1000 square feet, it's compact, but well laid out, and well built. We love the huge lot and are still considering what to do with it a few years down the road.
