Charming 2-bedroom cottage with AC and WiFi on Ballston Lake. Family friendly.
Escape to a charming cottage in Ballston Lake for a peaceful getaway. This 2-bedroom retreat features a cozy living room with a futon for extra guests. A main floor bedroom with a huge closet. Upstairs loft with a full size and twin size bed and a full bathroom. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming with a short walk down the hill to this beautiful quiet lake. With WiFi, heating, and AC, guests can stay connected and comfortable. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Ballston Lake and our cottage has to offer.
We have 2 adult paddle boards and 2 youth paddle boards (hold up to 160 lbs.) There is a shared dock just down the hill with a nice size swimming area.
Our home is small but very spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4 to 5. We have a BBQ and fire pit. Enjoy complimentary Saratoga Spring water fresh from the park. We are with in walking distance to Lakeside Farms where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and a little gift shopping. Hannaford, Saratoga Wine, Dunkin' Donuts, gas stations and a local bank are just a few miles away.
We hope you will love our home away from home. It's our favorite place to be. There's nothing like lakeside living.

We have 2 adult paddle boards and 2 youth paddle boards (hold up to 160 lbs.) There is a shared dock just down the hill with a nice size swimming area.
