Une petite villa faite pour l'exclusivité et la détente. 5 'à pied de la plage + WiFi

Situé dans une petite oliveraie privée offrant une exclusivité totale, près de la station balnéaire d'Agios Nikolaos en Crète.

C’est essentiellement une petite villa construite dans l’esprit d’une relaxation totale. Il allie la sérénité d'un lieu isolé et bénéficie de la proximité de toutes les commodités.

La propriété a été rénovée en 2016 et a été entièrement repeinte avec des peintures écologiques non toxiques. Nouveaux lits, matelas, serviettes et draps, etc. Une nouvelle armoire spacieuse a également été installée. Une nouvelle cuisinière / four de cuisson a également été installée.

Peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes (1 lit double et 2 lits simples) dans deux chambres et dispose d'une chambre avec salle de bains supplémentaire / optionnelle à l'étage avec 2 lits superposés pour 2 personnes supplémentaires (accès par une échelle semi-raide, elle ne convient donc PAS aux personnes à mobilité réduite).

Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et à 15 minutes du centre-ville.

Il dispose d'une terrasse totalement privée sur laquelle vous pourrez déguster vos cocktails dans l'après-midi et même profiter du soleil tout nu :-)

Nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie, avec AirCon (la politique verte s'applique) et offrons l'utilisation exclusive du WiFi illimité à 24Mb / s.

De plus, nous sommes entièrement propriétaires et notre numéro de licence attribué par les autorités grecques est le 00000155473.

Lovely Villa Frog

We love Villa Frog. The outdoor living, the fabulous owner, the location and the peaceful seclusion. Second visit for us and the place still has that charm we experinced the first time. Lovel stay and everyone had a fabulous time.

Great and relaxing stay at Frog's House

We really enjoyed our stay at Frog's house! The house is exactly as described, small and simple but relaxing and close to many activities and places to visit. The terrace, with beautiful trees and flowers is perfect, and what a pleasure to have a shower outside :-)! Orestis and Nikolas are great hosts. They warmly welcomed us and their recommendations enabled us to discover beautiful places and great restaurants (Paradosiako ++). The French hotel-club located between the house and the beach may be a bit noisy, depending on the wind, but that will not prevent us from staying there again if we were to visit the region again!

Beautiful Frog Villa

A lovely, small Cretan House with big personality. The patio area is where we all lived for two glorious weeks. The house is on a dirt track which makes the privacy fairly complete. The air conditioning makes sleeping a lot easier. Some of the the local feral cats make their prescence felt and, if you feed a cat once it will demand feeding again. Agios Nikolaos is close enough to walk to but not if the party staying are as ancient as we were. We used the car and ate out most nights. The kitchen, although compact, is perfectly adequate to cook in and breakfasts, lunches and dinners were prepared. The inside and outside toilets and showers, with hot water, are extremely useful and the cold outside shower is fantastic on a hot day. Ore, the owner, is extremely helpful and supplies guests with all the information needed. We had a fabulous time and if we ever go back to Crete, this where we would stay.

Well if you are looking for a 5⭐️ Hotel this isn't the place for you ! But if you are looking to stay in typical small Greek Villa you have found one of the best!!! The views are to die for. There is a manageable kitchen , now complete with sandwich maker ( which we used to toast bread for breakfast ) used the oven to cook chicken for an evening meal. The outside area is just the best. There is a large table and we used the captains chairs which I found very comfortable. There is a laundry room and an outdoor toilet with a hand shower . So nice to use after the walk home from the beach. There is also the outdoor shower which is a godsend when temperatures hit 46 degrees which it did for us ! Views of the sea and the mountains will stay with me . You can hear dogs barking and cockrills at different times of the day . The walk to the beach took a few minutes over some rough ground then a short walk through a hotel complex. The first beach has lovely restaurants but no sun beds but the sea is amazing. We loved Almiros beach . It was only another 5 minutes round the bay. You could have 2 sun beds and an umbrella for 7 euros and the lady even gave you a bottle of ice cold water each ! The location of Villa Frog has to be the best. So close to supermarkets, bakery and just a little further (no more than 10 min walk) to Agios Nikolaos. There is so much to see and do and over 100 restaurants (most of which overlook the beautiful sea. I think you can gather we had the most wonderful time. Orestis and his family are so kind and helpful, it was so good to know I could contact him if there were any problems which there were none ! Orestis sent very detailed instructions for everything. He even talked to our very Greek taxi driver to give him the final directions. There is a bit of a dirt track road before the drive which taxis refuse to drive on but it is only a 100 yards or so. We would always walk to AN and get a taxi back , I always found it easier to ask to be dropped at the Police station. On our departure Uncle came to take our cases to the police station where we met our taxi. I know this is a long review but I hope it gives a very clear picture of a wonderful place to stay. Très bon emplacement pour la visite de la région Propriétaire vraiment disponible et très gentil La Clim a été très appréciée ainsi que les fenêtres et portes changées visiblement en pvc et double vitrage depuis peu Seul bémol pour certains les animations de l’hôtel en contre bas mais qui s’arrêtent à 11 h La plage à 5mns à pied est un vrai plus Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et le recommandons

Excellente location

La maison est petite, mais bien équipée, avec climatisation et très bon Wifi. Les extérieurs sont très agréables, et la douche extérieure parfaite, à l'abri des regards. La maison est sur une colline "comme à la campagne" au calme, mais avec une très belle plage de sable fin à 10 minutes à pieds et également à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville très animé. On entend juste parfois les animations (Françaises...) de l'hotel-club à 200m, mais ça ne dure pas longtemps, heureusement! La location est très bien située pour des excursions proches (belles gorges à Krista à moins de 10 km par exemple). Le propriétaire est très disponible et d'une réactivité exemplaire. Nous y retournerons très probablement!

Petite maison de vacances, minimaliste, en pleine nature, à deux pas de la mer et de la ville.

Nous avons aimé vivre à "La Frog "qui correspond à ce que nous cherchons : simplicité, authenticité, immersion dans la nature (mention spéciale pour la douche extérieure!!), vue mer et proximité immédiate de la plage et de la ville d'Agios Nikolaos que l'on peut rejoindre à pieds . Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la famille d' Orestis, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. La description de l'annonce est conforme à la réalité, la maison était très propre et nous avons vraiment apprécié cette maison de vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Cozy, nice little house

We had a wonderful time in Orestis´ house. Especially we liked the terrace, an old tree and a part of the roof served some shadow and a nice wind came through the mountains. You can reach several beaches, the shopping area and various restaurants within walking distance. There is just on point: Sometimes you will hear the animation from a french hotel nearby. We can fully recommend this accommodation!!

Utterly charming

A lovely little house that was prefect for myself and children for our 2 week holiday on Crete. Positioned nicely in between the town with all of the restaurants and shops and the beach just down the hill. We didn't rent a car for the stay except for one day to visit the North East of the island, but did feel as though we really needed it. We took books, lots of books although I spent most of the time admiring the view. It is very quiet, with only occasional music sounds drifting up from the resort down the hill. The Fish restaurant on the first beach was fabulous. We loved the beach further along where the service by the beach staff was also really good. The house itself is described perfectly, 5 star luxury it isn't, but we didn't want that. We had what we needed, everything we needed for cooking (but who wants to cook when there are such good restaurants nearby anyway), the fridge was plenty big enough to keep the beer and wine cold. My kids (13 & 18) loved the roof terrace, and called the outside WC 'a poo with a view'. We were looked after very well by the Aunt and Uncle of Orestis, especially when we managed to lock the key in the upstairs room. (Thank you!) We had daily visits from the lovely dog next door - we named Tarmac, he had a little game of pinching flip flops if they were left out at night, but they were returned. The lovely little cat eventually became our other best friend - who we named Patio. I really appreciated the space around the house itself, the patio and the shade. Space and air with beautiful trees and flowers - gorgeous. A lovely, lovely stay and we we defiantly be coming back. Sorry for the late posting of this review, I have become very laid back since we got back.

after much thought we decided ' aaahhh'

typical cretan home, bedrooms only just big enough, kitchen minimal, cockrels waking you up,stoney road to villa,and you have to adopt a cat. absolutley loved the place., agios cente 15 min walk ( in flip flops) lake 20 mins ( same flip flops). good beachs ,10 to 20 min walk. agios is to die for. more reseraunts and choice than you will ever need. owner, ore is brilliant , responding quickly and positivley to suggestions. if you want hotel life dont book this villa. if you yearn for something authentic and somewhere to be yourself this is perfect

Perfect Hideaway

This little villa is small and comfortable. Just perfect for a quiet stay. With a view of the nearby bay, and waking up to the sounds of local chickens, you have the feeling you are in a remote and private sanctuary. Yet it is a mere 5 minute walk from the center of the busy and active Agios Nikolaos, nearby beach, and minutes away from the main highway leading you to all points on the island. The host and his family are gracious and welcoming.

Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten in Orestis Haus eine wunderbare Zeit! Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt A. Nikolaos, die aber trotzdem zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen ist. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben immer die Außendusche benutzt (was wir sehr schön fanden) und konnten uns sehr ungesehen und ungestört auf dem Grundstück bewegen. Wir haben es genossen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Blick in die Ferne auf die Berge Kretas und das Meer schweifen zu lassen. Wir haben den Wind gehört, Vögelgesang, Hundebellen und das Gackern der Hühner nebenan sowie ab und zu ein vorbeifahrendes Auto, das zu einem der Häuser in den Hügeln fuhr, ohne Einsicht auf das Grundstück zu haben. Der Vermieter und seine Familie vor Ort sind unfassbar reizend und hilsbereit! Der Kontakt war auch schon im Vorfeld einfach großartig! Wir danken sehr für den Aufenhalt und können den Ort an alle, die keine Hotels mögen und dem Massentourismus entgehen möchten weiterempfehlen ! Außerdem fanden wir den Preis sehr angemessen und sind dankbar, eine günstige Unterkunft auf Kreta gefunden zu haben! A.D.O.

Unieke plek

Mooi opgeknapt authentiek huisje, vrijstaand op groot terrein in de bergen. Je bent van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben gedoucht in de tweede badkamer buiten, een beter alternatief voor binnen want die is erg krap. In de keuken een grote nieuwe koelkast en elektrisch fornuis, alleen een waterkoker ontbrak. Bedden waren voor ons te hard maar nieuw. Op 5 minuten lopen van een heerlijk strandje. Heerlijk rustig en gezellig met de huiskat. Orestis is erg aardig en zorgt voor goede info en service . We hebben goed gegeten in het restaurant bij het strand maar Agios Nikolaos is vlakbij. Een heerlijke plek om Oost Kreta te verkennen en lekker tot rust te komen.
